This article provides a guide to configure MX and SPF records for OX App Suite enabled domain names.
What is OX App Suite?
OX App Suite is primarily an Email & Collaboration solution, with optional Productivity Suite & Tools. OX App Suite offers the following functionality:
- Email - with both Webmail + POP/IMAP access for use on Desktop, Mobile and the Web
- Calendaring - with online Calendar + support for iCal/CalDav connectivity
- Tasks - with online Task Management interface
- Address Book - with online Address Book + support for CardDav connectivity
- OX Drive - providing Cloud File Storage (requires "Productivity" Suite)
- OX Documents - providing online editing for Word Documents, Spreadsheets and Presentations (requires "Productivity" Suite)
Connect Your Domain with OX App Suite
In order to connect a domain with OX App Suite, you'll need to update the following MX records:

Additionally, configure the SPF record to include the OX App Suite to ensure deliverability:
