Are the AzuraCast VPS Managed by Rad Web Hosting or provided as Unmanaged VPS?

AzuraCast VPS are provided as unmanaged VPS servers. If a managed VPS server would better meet your requirements, we do offer full management for your server. Discuss your requirements with our live chat agent or open a ticket with our Sales department to receive more information on server management plans.

Will I get Administrator-level access to the AzuraCast VPS server?

Yes, all AzuraCast VPS are provided with full Administrator access. Administrator credentials will be sent immediately upon installation with the VPS Server Welcome Email, containting all of the necessary server credentials and details needed to manage and access your new AzuraCast VPS server.

Do you block any port access to the AzuraCast VPS?

By default, we do not apply any specific network restrictions or block any ports to the VPS. You are encrouraged to utilize your prefrerred firewall software to secure your VPS networks and prevent unwanted access.

How many IPs are provided my AzuraCast VPS?

By default, all AzuraCast VPS servers are assigned 1 public IPv4 address. Additional IP address resources can be assigned with the VPS order form or by opening a support request for additional resources after the servers is deployed. Due to scarcity and to prevent potential network abuse, additional IP address assignments are subject to ARIN IP Justification.

Do You block port access to the AzuraCast VPS Server (i.e. port 25, 587, etc)?

No, we do not pre-configure any port blocks or firewall block of your VPS server.
You may configure your own rules for accessing this server over TCP or UDP on any ports using your preferred firewall software.

Unless stated otherwise, all servers include 1 IPv4 address. Configure additional IP address resources on the order form during checkout.
