On September 10th 2019 9:00 PM Phoenix time, (Sept 11, 04:00 GMT), Rad Web Hosting will be performing a network maintenance to apply a series of interior routing protocol updates to its core network infrastructure in its PHX-1 facility in Phoenix, AZ. These routing changes are part of ongoing infrastructure upgrades and are designed to provide all PHX-1 customers with increased availability, connectivity and performance.
Rad Web Hosting network engineers will be deploying a series of upgrades to dynamic routing protocols on the core network infrastructure in the PHX-1 facility in Phoenix, AZ. This maintenance is part of Rad Web Hosting’s continued network modernization strategies. Rad Web Hosting network engineers and NOC technicians will be onsite during the maintenance window.
During the maintenance window, some customers may see brief periods of increased packet loss and latency as traffic takes alternate, redundant routes to their destinations. All changes have been scripted and attempts will be made to minimize impact to customers.
