At Rad Web Hosting, we continually review our processes to help keep operating costs low while maintaining the high level of service and competitive pricing our clients expect.

Effective immediately, we will no longer process individual payment transactions totaling less than $10.00 USD (before payment processing fees).

How This Works

If your payment would otherwise total less than $10.00 USD, your invoice will automatically include an Account Credit Purchase equal to the amount needed to bring the transaction total to $10.00 USD.

The additional amount is not a fee. Instead, it is applied directly to your account as prepaid account credit after your payment has been successfully processed.

Example

If you are paying an invoice for $5.00 USD:

  • Service Invoice: $5.00
  • Account Credit Purchase: $5.00
  • Total Payment: $10.00

After the payment is completed:

  • Your $5.00 invoice is paid in full.
  • $5.00 is added to your account credit balance, which can be automatically applied toward future invoices, renewals, services, or other eligible purchases.

Payment Processing Fees

Please note that payment processing fees do not count toward the $10.00 minimum transaction amount and are not converted into account credit. The minimum applies only to the value of your products, services, invoices, and any automatically added account credit purchase.

Why We're Making This Change

Small payment transactions often incur a disproportionately high processing cost relative to their value. By establishing a modest minimum transaction amount, we can reduce payment processing expenses and administrative overhead while continuing to invest in our infrastructure, support, and services.

Rather than charging a minimum payment fee, we've chosen an approach that benefits our clients by ensuring that any additional amount paid is retained as account credit for future use, so your funds remain available on your account instead of being lost to fees.
